目前許多資訊產品公司,為了因應巿場需求,希望開發出符合消費者的創新產品,於是持續進行新產品開發活動,以取代逐步淘汰舊有的產品,以獲得更大的獲利。 但以製造業為背景的廠商在產品開發時,多以低成本為出發點而設計,把較多資源都投入在技術的研發,而忽略了設計也是創造價值的一個重要環節。本研究首先以文獻探討與設計流程相關之文獻,探討如何應用設計流程於企業內的創新產品設計,使用個案研究法,並執行產品設計流程實作,以IPCAMERA-EYEBALL為例進行驗証。經本硏究研經本研究結果,發現若企業以技術推動的產品設計流程,從規劃>概念發展>系統設計>細部設計>測式與改進>設計定案之流程,在規畫階段時,設計師將可節省在產品規畫的時間,進而可以投入更多的時間專注在產品的設計上。
Summary Many information products company, in order in response to market demand, hoping to develop innovative products to meet consumer, so ongoing new product development activities to replace the phasing out of old products in order to obtain greater profits.But when a manufacturing background manufacturers in product development,they are started with low cost in the first space,and put more resources invested in technology research and development, while ignoring the design is also an important part of creating value.In this study, to literature the literature related to the design process to explore how to apply the design process within the enterprise''s innovative product design, and implement product design process implementation to IPCAMERA-EYEBALL example for validation.By the researchers study,findings,if the enterprise to technology driven product design process, from planning> Concept Development> Design> Detailing> measurement type and Improvement> Design finalization of the design process, in the planning stage, the designer will save on production planning time, and thus can devote more time to focus on product design.
