大學生參與志工服務之參與動機與人格特質之研究
University student participate in volunteer service in the study of motivation and personality traits
摘要
現今志工服務工作已蓬勃發展，志工服務可說是一種公共參與，藉由參與志工服務不僅可與其他人員有更多互動機會增廣見聞，更可接觸到重要的生活議題，並從中學習相關知能。因此本研究將藉由了解亞洲大學志工服務隊來深入探討志工服務工作參與情形並加以分析，以了解其對學生影響為何，希望能有助於相關單位對大學生志工服務之推動。 本研究之目的主要為，瞭解志工服務者參動機與其人格特質之影響；探討大學生志工服務之參與動機及其影響因素；探討大學生人格特質與參與志工服務之影響因素；探討大學生志工服務之參與動機與其人格特質的關係。 研究結果得知參與動機與其人格特質間具有相關性，並達顯著水準；本研究發現，目前大學生對於參與志工服務之意願並不低，且對於其志工服務的整體滿意度也是呈現滿意的狀態。

Volunteer service is a kind of public participation. We not only have more chances to interact with others to broaden our horizons but also know important issues about lives and learn the knowledge and skills about it through participating in Volunteer service. Therefore, we will discuss and analyze volunteers’ participation to know what affection it will bring to students by understanding Asian University Volunteer Service Team. We hope that it may help the relevant units of the Volunteer service for college students to promote. The main purpose of this study is to understand the volunteers’ motivation and personality; to discuss university students’ motivation of being volunteers and its influencing factors; to discuss university students’ personality and the factors involved in Volunteer service; to discuss the relationship between university students’ motivation and personality. We know the motivation is related with personality, and reaches significant levels from the research. The study found that now university students' willingness to participate in Volunteer service is not low, and are satisfied with their volunteer service.
