摘要

血液透析對台灣末期腎病患者而言是主要且便利的治療方式，但也可能因血液透析間大量血流與外來物接觸，而引發生命危險。為提供患者安全的醫療環境，臨床血液透析護理人員必須熟知並熟練各項透析護理原理與技術，這是透析治療能否順利執行的重要角色。“Well begun is half done”，因此本文針對透析器前置準備階段各項護理技術進行探討，並提出基本技術流程以供參考，以期提供患者安全且高品質之血液透析。

Hemodialysis is a convenient and main treatment modality for ESRD patients in Taiwan. However, it may also be life-threatening due to massive exposure between the patient's blood and foreign materials. In order to provide hemodialysis patients with a safe environment, dialysis nurses must familiarize themselves with the principles and techniques of nursing care for hemodialysis patients, playing an important role in every dialysis session. In this article, we describe the preparation phase for the dialysis procedure, exploring the pre-dialysis care details, and propose potential protocols for technical preparation before dialysis initiation, in order to deliver a safe hemodialysis session with high quality.
