Henry Mintzberg在策略管理這個領域佔有舉足輕重的地位,他所提出的策略觀點以及對策略管理各學派的精闢分析,讓經理人避免了運用狹窄觀點所導致的策略失敗。為了充分了解Mintzberg在策略管理領域的思想,本文擬透過相關文獻的探討與概念的分析,來研究Mintzberg的中心思想,並藉由Mintzberg不同時期的研究議題來了解策略管理理論的演進。 Mintzberg在策略管理領域的貢獻在於(1)提出非結構化的決策模式;(2)提出隨機應變的策略型態;(3)強調策略經由組織所有成員學習而來;(4)提出策略的演進觀點,及各學派的探討。
This paper explores the thought of Henry Mintzberg in strategic management. Mintzberg is an important theoretician in strategic management. He proposed the concept of ”unstructured decision Processes” and ”emergent strategies” which are different from the concept of strategic planning. He also made unique analysis about different school in strategic management. This paper also exams the evolution of strategic management and the contribution of Mintzberg in strategic management
