2005年東京新潮社所出版笠谷和比古之《武士道と日本型能力主義》一書旨在探討日本企業組織之原點與武士道組織之關係,於日本企業組織倫理與源流之研究上,極具參考價值,該書最大之特色在,其考證出現今日本企業之「由下而上」之組織運作方式之源頭與精神,實乃出自武士道組織「藩」之「稟議制度」以及武士道之「駆込」、「押込」等慣例,此論述為日本制度史及武士研究裡之獨樹一格者,別具意義。
”Bushido and Japanese Meritocracy” composed by Kasaya Kazuhiko in 2005, aims at the relations between Japanese business's basis and Bushido organization, which is best for reference. The characteristic of the research is that, the origin and spirit, ”From the Bottom to the High level” for Organization running of nowadays Japanese business is found and verified. And that is actually derived from ”Han” (藩), ”Ringi” (稟議) of Bushido organization and Bushido's own customs ”Kakekomi” (駆込), ”Osikomi” (押込).
