A Study on the Retention Time of Caffeine in Gas Chromatography
氣體層析中咖啡鹼之延遲時間研究
摘要
依本研究報告中所述之氣體層析法定量咖啡鹼步驟，得到咖啡鹼之延遲時間與濃度有很強之關連性質：在咖啡鹼水溶液量每毫升25微克到100微克之範圍內，延遲時間之增長與濃度之減少呈線性關係。

In the procedure for quantitation of caffeine in gas chromatography as outlined in this report, the retention time of caffeine and the concentration of caffeine showed a strong correlation: the retention time increased linearly with decreasing concentration for aqueous caffeine ranging between 25μg/ml and 100 μg/ml.
