Stevens-Johnson Syndrome Report of Two Cases
摘要
Stevens-Johnson症候群又名滲出性多型紅斑(Erythema multiforme exudativum)，其特徵為各種不同的皮膚反應，粘膜的損傷，嚴重的眼炎及厲害的全身反應。（早於1860年Von-Hebra已發表過有口腔炎及化膿性結膜炎的症狀較輕的一病例。）後於1922年Stevens和Johnson，發表突然發高熱并有結膜炎及皮膚發疹的二病例。此後便有許多同樣的病例，陸續以各種不同的名稱被發表，而多被認為是由藥物或其他因素所引起的一種過敏的狀態。在台灣亦已有十數例的報告，其中三例是種牛痘後發生，而另四例的起因可能是服用磺胺劑。本文係報告著者所經驗的二例，其中一例是使用中藥後而另一例是服用退熱劑後發病的。

Two cases of Stevens-Johnson syndrome are presentes Case I, a 9-yearl-old Chinese boy after taking some herb drug and Case 2, a 2-year-old Chinese boy after the administration of antipyretics, developed widespreas erythema with vesicles and bullae, lesions involving muconus membranes of the mouth, pharynx, nose and genitalia, purulent conjunctivitis and high fever, Both were given supportive treatments, antibiotics and steroid hormone and recovered uneventfully.
