摘要

庫興氏症候群於孩童很少見，最多因腎上腺皮質癌引起。本篇即是報告一名五歲女孩，因腎上腺皮質癌，而造成庫興氏症候群及男性化現象。並參考文獻討論其發病率，臨牀表現，開刀前後類固醇之使用，以及本症之高血壓和低血鉀性鹼中毒的成因。

Cushing's syndrome caused by tumors of the adrenal gland is uncommon in children. A five year old female with adrenocortical carcinoma producing Cushing's syndrome and virilism is presented.
The tumor was successfully removed. She is now eight months postoperative with no evidence of metastasis, and with normal blood pressure, and body figure. The plasma cortisol level returned to normal gradually after an initial period of suppression.
The incidence, clinical manifestations, hormonal replacement, postoperative regression of the stigmas, as well as the pathogenesis of hypertension and hypokalemic alkalosis in Cushing's syndrome were discussed.
