摘要
一名4歲的男孩，因不明原因的腹脹，皮膚蒼白，持續兩個星期而住院，理學檢查有腹脹與腹水的現象，沒有摸到明顯的腫瘤。腹部X光顯示在前腹腔似有一腫瘤。腹部超音波可看到一大的腫瘤，幾乎佔滿了整個前腹腔，腫瘤內有部份呈echo-free density。開刀前診斷為網膜囊腫，開刀時發現果然是出自大網膜的囊腫。

Omental cyst, mesenteric cyst and retroperitoneal cyst may be the same category of diseases with similar etiology and pathology. They are rare and frequently not diagnosed before operation. We report a case of omental cyst who was diagnosed before operation and review the literature. This is a 4-year-old boy presented with abdominal distention and pallid face for two weeks. The abdomen was soft and protuberant with palpable fluid wave. No definite mass was palpable. However, the plain X-ray film of the abdomen suggests the presence of a soft tissue mass over anterior part of abdominal cavity. The laboratory examination revealed moderate anemia. Abdominal sonogram disclosed a well-outlined mass with echo-free area in it. At exploration, a large cyst occupying almost the whole omentum was found.
