皮傑氏症候羣一家族中兩病例報告
Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome Two Cases in One Family
摘要
一名12歲之女孩由於反覆性腹部疼痛兩天而住院檢查。理學檢查發現黑色點狀色素沈著於嘴唇及口腔內黏膜。經由上腸胃道系列，胃十二指腸鏡，直腸鏡查檢發現有許多息肉存在。息肉之病理鏡檢查證實符合皮傑氏症候羣。住院期間由於腸套疊及胃出血現象而接受手術治療。女孩之母親於14歲時亦被診斷爲皮傑氏症候羣，由於直腸出血亦接受手術治療。

A 12-year-old girl was admitted to Tri-Services General Hospital because of abdominal pain off and on for two days. She was noted to have some small pigmentations over buccal mucosa and both lips since six years ago. After series of examinations including upper gastrointestinal series, barium enema, gastroduodenoscopy, rectoscopy and pathologic study of the specimens of polyps, a diagnosis of Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome was established during hospitalization intussusception and gastric bleeding developed. Segmental jejunal resection, subdiaphragmatic truncal vagotomy and polypectomy were performed. Her mother also had been diagnosed as Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome at the age of 14. Because of persistent rectal bleeding, she had received colostomy and polypectomy. Up to now, these two cases are followed up at our hospital in good condition.
