賴透氏症候羣－病例報告
Reiter's Syndrome-A Case Report-
摘要
一位13位男孩先有腹瀉，續發結膜炎、尿道炎及關節炎，爲典型賴透氏症候羣病例。此病例併有前葡萄膜炎，HLA-B27陽性。該症候羣發生於小孩子之報告並不多。著者等參攷文獻發現小孩與成人病例在臨床表現及預後稍爲不同，並討論其定義、原因及治療情形。

Reiter's syndrome is rare in childhood. The classical triad of conjunctivitis, urethritis and arthritis usually occurs following diarrhea or sexual contact. In this paper, we report a typical case of Reiter's syndrome in a 13-yarold boy who developed the triad about one month after an episode of diarrhea, in addition, mild bilateral asymptomatic anterior uveitis was also found. HLA study showed B27-positive. Synovial fluid examination revealed increased WBC count (7,700/mm^3) will a neutrophile to lymphocyte ratio of 75 to 25, increased protein content and complement levels, and negative RA factor. The patient recovered gradually after the treatment with aspirin for three weeks. The literature was reviewed with regard to the difference in the clinical manifestations and prognosis between children and adults. The definition, etiology and treatment were also discussed.
