摘要

我們報告一個本院出生之女嬰，出生時發現頭頂上有一大小約1.5公分之表皮缺損，診斷爲先天性表皮發育不全。他並無任何藥物史或家族史。因缺損範圍小且未深及腦部，我們採保守療法。經一年觀察追蹤，缺損之大小捎微縮小且有表皮化情形。我們報告此一病例，並整理文獻列出一個清單，用以處理先天性表皮發育不全之作業流程。

We present a female newborn with a skin defect on the vertex. Aplasia cutis con genita was diagnosed. No associated anomaly was found. There was no family or drug history noted. At one-year follow-up, the lesion tended to contract and became epithelialized. We report this case and also review the literature, and then we suggest a checklist for aplasia cutis congenita.
