中醫合整體灸療子宮內膜異位症併巧克力囊腫術後不孕症病例報告
Infertility with Endometriosis and Chocolate Cyst Undergone Laparoscopy Treated with Chinese Medicine Treatment and Holistic Moxibustion: A Case Report

This was a case of 33yrs female, difficult to get pregnant for several years, ever had two times of abortion history. She started the treatment courses at the infertility clinic, but failed to conceive until 2010/09. Because of her progessing dysmenorrheal problem, right ovarian chocolate cyst was found by further examination. She accepted the laparoscopic surgery for partial ovarian resection, and the adhesion was found among the uterus, adnexa of uterus and pelvic by the laparoscopic investigation. The patient was admitted to our Chinese Medicine clinic after surgery, and received both Chinese Medicine treatment and holistic moxibustion. The case got pregnant through Chinese Medical treatment for 9 months. We demonstrated the experience in the case report for clinical reference and application.
