中醫治療子宮內膜異位症術後懷孕病例報告

A Case Report of Pregnancy after Surgery of Endometriosis with Chinese Medicine Treatment

摘要

這是一位29歲已婚女性病患因近2～3年經痛問題愈來愈嚴重而至西醫求診，當時被診斷有子宮內膜異位症，並且安排腹腔鏡手術以及注射Leuplin來治療，術後經過幾個月之後，患者曾在自然懷孕約9週時，不幸因胚胎萎縮無胎兒心跳而接受子宮刮除手術。由於患者擔心未來是否能夠順利懷孕，故開始在中醫門診調理治療，在經過將近半年時間的治療後，患者終於順利懷孕得子，藉此病例報告以提出治療經驗，供臨床上參考和運用。

This was a 29-year-old married young female patient who went to see a West Medicine doctor due to worsening dysmenorrheal problem in 2~3 years recently. At that time, endometriosis was diagnosed and Laparoscopic surgery and Leuplin injection were arranged for treatment. After several months of these managements, patient ever got pregnant naturally, but unfortunately accepted the operation of Dilatation and Curettage owing to embryo atrophy and no fetal heart beat at about 9 weeks of gestation age. Because patient worried about if she could get successful pregnancy in the future, she started going to our Chinese Medicine OPD for management and treatment. Through around half a year of treatment, patient finally got pregnant again and had baby smoothly. We demonstrated the experience in this case report for clinical reference and application.
