摘要

一般傷寒學者多以太陽病中風證為表虛證，而以桂枝湯主治，清代‧醫宗金鑑，認為太陽病中風證有衛分之表與衛分之裡兩大類，即太陽病中風，初起在衛分之表，若患者機體抗病功能不足，或誤治，引起表證不解，邪熱可由體表之微循環入侵內臟引起組織器官的炎症反應，此稱為衛分之裡證，故傷寒論太陽中風證，非單指表虛證桂枝湯而已，還包括衛分之裡疾病的病機與治法方劑，是太陽中風證的精華所在，也是臨床治病之經典樣本。

The wind strike pattern of greater yang disease is an exterior vacuity pattern by general scholars in ”Shang-han lun”. Its chief prescription of treatment is using Cinnamon Twig Decoction. The wind strike pattern of greater yang disease was divided exterior and interior of defense aspect by Yi zong jin jian in the Qing Dynasty. The greater yang disease wind strike was initial stage at exterior of defense aspect. If body functions to anti-disease was insufficiency or inappropriate treatment. It will cause exterior pattern non resolved and that evil beat may be from microcirculation system of body surface invaded into tissue organ of viscera and causing inflammatory response. It's called the interior of defense aspect. So the content of greater yang wind strike pattern was not only exterior vacuity pattern of Cinnamon Twig Decoction, but also included interior pattern diseases of defense aspect which's pathomechanism, principle of treatment, and formulas were the essence of greater yang wind strike pattern. On the other band, it's also a classic sample in clinic treatment.
