摘要

由於近百年極左思潮成了遺傳基因，浮誇與守舊交織在一起，使中醫藥、中醫藥現代化和中西醫結合難於真正的與時俱進。作者分析了它們的現狀與未來，提倡王清任《醫林改錯》的革新精神。任何一個民族的發展都離不開創造性。先進的代替落後的，科學的代替愚昧的，民主自由代替專制獨裁，這是人類社會進化的普遍規律，誰也違背不了。傳統中國醫藥技術的精華：①證候，證型和證；②臟象；③天人合一；④整體觀；⑤傳統動植物藥等，與世界各民族傳統醫藥一樣，通過先進科學技術研究，賦予它們現代概念，才能融匯產生世界主流醫學。

The modernization and integration of Chinese medicine (CM) has been impeded by the pinko ethos in China since a hundred years ago. In the paper, the author rethinks the past and current status of CM, and advocates the innovative spirit demonstrated in Wang Qingren's works, Corrections on the Errors of Medical Works. Innovation is the basis for the development of the nation. The replacements of advancement for lag, science for blindness, democracy and freedom for autarchy are universal rules for the evolution of human society, which cannot be violated by anyone. Therefore, modernizing the essence of CM, e.g. Zheng, visceral manifestation, unity of man and nature, holism and herbs via advanced technologies and research, is the better way for CM to step into the world.
