摘要

金元時代，劉完素於其所著宣明論方中記載有內經六十二病證，本文探討其病機理論，外感六淫之邪以風寒為主，內傷重視臟腑寒熱虛實，其中陽虛陰盛，腑熱相移，臟寒臟熱相移，為其病機理論的特色。六十二病證的用藥大抵以祛風逐寒，益氣補血，溫中散寒，溫補命門，寒涼瀉火等五大類藥物為主，河問世稱為寒涼學派鼻祖，其于內經六十二病證，其處方用藥並不以寒涼瀉火藥為主要角色，蓋內經六十二病證多以陽虛陰盛，或臟寒相移為內因，故治療處方中多用補氣補血、溫中散寒、溫補命門之品，併有外感風冷寒淫之邪者，則加祛風逐寒之品。

Sixty two disease patterns from Nei jing classic were recorded in Xuan ming lun wroted by Liu-Wan-Su in Chin-Yuan Dynasty. The present was researched pathomechanical theory of the sixteen disease patterns. The causes of external contraction of the six excesses were wind and cold evil, and the internal damage was appreciated cold, heat, vacuity and repletion of bowels and viscera. Among of them yang vacuity yin exuberance, bowel heat transfer to bowel, and viscera hear or cold transfer to viscera were the character of pathomechanical theory. The medicinal used in clinic of sixteen disease patterns were divided five kinds of wind and cold dispelling medicinal, boosting qi and supplementing blood medicinal, warm the center and dispel cold medicinal, warm and supplement the life gat medicinal and cold cooling and drain fire medicinal. Physicians over the ages though Liu-Wan-Su was a created scholar of cold and cooling school. But Liu's prescriptions contained cold and cooling as well as drain fire drugs for treating Nei jing sixty two disease patterns were not play an important role. The causes of Nei jing sixteen disease patterns commonly were internal factors of yang vacuity yin exuberance or viscera cold transfer to viscera. So most therapeutic herbs were included boost qi and supplement blood, warm the center and dispel cold, warm and supplement the life gat medicinal. If the treatment combined with external contraction of wind and cold evil, dispelling wind and cold medicinal would be administered.
