傷寒論陽明病胃家實的研究

張仲景傷寒論陽明病胃家實主要以研究腸胃系統疾病及肝臟疾病為主軸，腸胃系統疾病分急性腹痛，脾約，機能性便秘，慢性腸炎，胃虛冷證等，其中以急性腹痛為研究重點，而燥屎是腸阻塞，為引起急性腹痛的重要原因。肝臟疾病主要以研究肝炎黃疸及肝失代償為主，而麻黃連軺赤小豆湯、茵陳蒿湯、梔子柏皮湯為黃疸的治療方劑，豬苓湯治肝失代償併腹水。急性腹痛分感染初期，以白虎湯或白虎加人參抗菌退熱；中期分譫妄前期，以調胃承氣湯主治；譫妄期為大、小承氣湯適應證；末期為代謝性腦中毒及昏迷，預後不佳。

The subject research of stomach domain repletion in Yang brightness disease by Shang Han-Lun worted by Zhang Zhong-Jing was mainly gastro-intestinal system disease and liver disease. The acute abdomen, Straitened Spleen, functional constipation. chronic enteritis, and stomach vacuity cold pattern were included in the gastro-intestinal ststem. Among of the gastro-intestinal ststem disease, acute abdomen disease was a study of key point. The intestinal obstruction caused by dry feces was an important factor of acute abdomen. The liver diseases included hepatic jaunce disease and liver decompensation were the key point of researched subject. The following formulas as Ephedra, Forsythia, and Rice Bean Decoction, Virgate Wormwood Decoction, and Gardenia and Phellodendron Decoction were used to treat jaundice pattern of Yang brightness disease. Polyporus Decoction was treated ascite caused by liver decompensation. The clinic course of acute abdomen was divided three stage, White Tiger Decoction and White Tiger Decoction Plus Ginsengand were the formulas with anti-pathogen and resolved fever action treated initial stage of infection. The second stage of pre-delirium and delirium, Stomach-Regulating Qi-Coordinating Decoction was a pre-delirium treatment of formula, whereas Major and Minor Qi-Coordinating Decoction were an indicational formulas of treatment of delirium. The late stage of acute abdomen course was a metabolic intoxication of brain even caused of coma and poor of prognosis.
