摘要

傷寒論痞證與金匱要略半夏瀉心湯治心下痞，兩者所治療的疾病是不同的。傷寒論痞證為論述慢性胰臟炎及其併發症的治療，慢性胰臟炎主要有兩大併發症，即脂肪痢及糖尿病。半夏瀉心湯是治慢性胰臟炎的主要方劑，大黃黃連瀉心湯、附子瀉心湯是治慢性胰臟炎併發糖尿病的方劑，生薑瀉心湯、甘草瀉心湯是治慢性胰臟炎併發脂肪痢的方劑。黃連湯方乃治慢性胰臟炎並糖尿病代謝性酸中毒。五苓散治慢性胰臟炎併發糖尿性腎病，旋覆代赭石湯治慢性胰臟炎並糖尿病自主神經病變，赤石脂禹餘糧湯主治慢性胰臟炎併脂肪下痢滑脫。

Pi zheng in Shan-han lun and Ban xia xie xin tang treated glomus below the heart in Jin gui yao lue were different for disease treatment by Zhang Zhong-Jing. The glomus pattems of Shan-han lun were described the therapy of chronic pancreatitis and complication. The major complications of chronic pancreatitis were fatty diarrhea and diabetes mellitus. Ban xia xie xin tang was a main prescription of chronic pancreatitis treatment. Da huang huang lian xie xin tang and Fu zi xie xin tang were treated chronic pancreatitis with diabetes mellitus. Sheng jiang xie xin tang and Gan cao xie xin tang were the formulas of chronic pancreatitis with fatty diarrhea. Huang lian tang was a formula treated metabolic acidosis caused by chronic pancreatitis with diabetes mellitus. Wu ling san was treated diabetic nephropathy complicated by chronic pancreatitis. The formula of Xuan fu dai zhe shi tang was treated autoneurogenic system lesion induced by chronic pancreatitis with diabetes mellitus. The formula of Chi shi zhi yu yu liang tang was treated fatty diarrhea with efflux desertion resulted from chronic pancreatitis.
