本研究探次級資料分析及理論分析之研究方法,針對目前大專院校辦理農業推廣教育之單位-農業推廣委員會,探討其農業推廣教育策略之現況、策略理念、策略理念檢討及建議。策略現況之分析,包含(1)目標(2)目標團體(3)供應(4)方法(5)組織等五項要索;策略理念之分析,包含:(1)發展理論(2)農業推廣教育理念兩個層次之探討。研究結論為:(1)我國施行大學農業推廣教育策略乃以「技術創新」之供應內容,「支援」其他農業推廣機構之農民教育活動(2)此項策略之理念乃「技術導向」之發展理念,以及「個人歸因」的農業推廣教育理念,而此理念在現行環境下有其侷限性及偏差(3)建議我國大學農業推廣教育策略可採「人力資源發展」之模式,以培養農民團體及農業推廣機構之人力資源為主要目標。
This study analyzed university agricultural extension education strategy from three dimensions-the practice of strategy, the philosophy of strategy and the critiques of strategy. The practice of university agricultural extension education strategy was analyzed with five elements-objectives、target population、offering、method and organization; The philosophy of strategy was analyzed from two levels: developmental perspective and the basic assumptions of agricultural extension education.The following conclusions were based on the analysis of related theory and secondary data, such as: ducument and research findings-1. The practice of university agricultural extension education strategy is - ”supporting ”the activities of other agricultural extension institution with” technology transfer” model.2. The philosophy of university agricultural extension education strategy is - ”technology-oriented” developmental perspective and the assumption of ”individual attribution” which may cause restricition and bias.3. The ”human resource development” strategy was proposed in this study. In this suggested strategy, university agricultural extension education center should be ”The center of human resource development” of the farmers' community and agricultural institutions.
