臺灣農技職教育政策的轉換與應用研究

摘要


本研究之目的含(1)分析臺灣農技職教育政策的轉換與應用情形(2)解釋農技職教育政策的衍生、轉換、和應用的功能連結關係。研究方法乃運用文獻分析和問卷調查方式以取得有效資料。研究結果說明由農職學校的單一科別是無法達成社會對農場經營人力培養需求的期望,故在農校擴大設立農業職業訓練中心,進行大規模推廣教育活動,則可短期改進培育農業經營人力之問題。另一方面,由於農業技術人力逐漸偏向二、三級的產業特性,所以,未來農業技職科別應可重新調整其轉化的策略措施,而使農技職之獨特功能充份表現在有效的農業人力應用效果上。

This study is to explore the real experiences of transfer and utilization of Agri. Vocational-Technical Education policy in Taiwan areas. Documental analysis and questionaire survey technique are used to collect available data and further to interpret the functionqal linkage of Agri. V-T Education policy generation, transfer and utilization. Major research findings explicitly accounts of the incomplete system work and results in terms of single department of each school for achieving the social objective of fanning successor planning. Through extension education established with agricultural training center in several Agri. V-T schools be considered for a way to solve the problems. New arrangements or reorganization of departments in each Agri. V - T school by taking look of the trend of Agri. or rural Development is also a serious issue for system adjustment at present time.
