國際鄉村婦女健康政策比較研究─性別主流觀點之分析

摘要

本研究係依據通過國家科學委員會永續處人文經社領域之整合型計畫構想「影響婦女健康的問題與永續發展策略」，其中特別針對影響鄉村婦女健康問題進行探討之子計畫。透過彙整聯合國歷年來鄉村婦女健康議題及好的實踐方案，探討何謂具性別概念的婦女健康政策。同時參考加拿大、澳洲和日本近年在促進鄉村婦女健康政策之發展，並比較不同國情與文化之推行的方式；以提供台灣政府未來研擬鄉村婦女健康政策之參考。研究方法以檔案文獻分析為主。整理各國在促進鄉村婦女健康政策方面之優良且具體執行之政策。導入性別主流意識、審視他國鄉村婦女健康政策，以提供台灣發展具性別平等及性別主流意識健康政策與策略之參考。

This research is one of the branch projects in the project ”Exploring Factors Influencing Women's Health and Proposing Strategies for sustainable Development”, and this research focused on rural women's health issue, and examine the policies in Taiwan relate to rural women's health by way of gender analysis. The main objectives of project are:1. Abstracting the preempt issues of the commitment about the rural women health that had been made in all the convention and World Summits held by Untied Nation, World Health Organization, and other international organizations.2. Analyzing the background and the good practices of the preempt issue in every country.3. Exploring the development process of the gender mainstreaming concept, its theory and strategies.The results can be applied to the formulizing women's health in the future.
