臺灣藜生長模式之建立

Establishment of djulis (Chenopodium formosanum Koidz.) growth model

摘要


臺灣藜(Chenopodium formosana Koidz)屬於藜科雙子葉植物,是臺灣原住民重要的雜糧作物。近年來臺灣藜栽培面積逐漸增加,此時需要建立臺灣藜生長及生產模式以提供往後生產者參考。本研究以橘色系(OR)及兩種紅色系(RP4,RP9)為試驗材料,於臺灣藜生育時紀錄不同品系之農藝性狀,並建立完整生長模式。本試驗將臺灣藜生長期定為8個時期,分別是育苗期、幼苗期、拔節期、抽穗期、開花期、穗轉色期、成熟期及採收期。橘色系(OR)於穗轉色前,會將光合產物轉運至穀穗以促進穗生長,被視為早熟品系;紅色系RP4,RP9)於穗轉色前,莖桿會轉變成呈紅色後,穀穗才開始生長,因而延遲穀穗轉色,被視為中間型及晚熟品系。未來可蒐集更多臺灣藜生長時氣象資訊及農藝性狀,並彙整成大數據,以達到智慧農業發展之目標。

Djulis (Chenopodium formosana Koidz) is a dicotyledonous plant in the Chenopodium family, and is an important crop for the aborigines of Taiwan. In recent years, the planting area of djulis in Taiwan has gradually increased. At this time, it is necessary to establish a growth and production model of Taiwan djulis to provide references for future producers. In this study, the orange line (OR) and two red lines (RP4, RP9) were used as experimental materials to record the agronomic traits of different strains of djulis during growth and then establish a complete growth model. In this experiment, the growth stage of djulis was defined as 8 stages, namely the raising seedlings stage, the seedling stage, the stem elongation stage, the inflorescence emergence stage, the flowering stage, the spike color changing stage, the mature stage and harvesting stage. The orange line (OR) transfers photosynthetic products to the panicle before the panicle turns color, so that the panicle growth earlier, orange line of djulis is regarded as an early maturing line; The red line (RP4, RP9) before the spike turns color, the stalk will turn to red, and then the panicle will start to grow, which delays the spike turning color and is regarded as an intermediate and late-maturing line. In the future, more meteorological information and agronomic characteristics of djulis will be collected, and aggregate information into big data to achieve the goal of smart agriculture development.
