摘要

自1992年7月至1993年6月，由台灣地區採集各種肉牛血清，以試管凝集試驗與補體結合試驗進行布氏桿菌病之血清學調查。水牛及黃牛之血清均自屠宰場採集，共採得121頭及157頭，其採集率各為0.65%與1.1%，檢查結果均未發現有血清力價陽性例。國外進口在台灣飼養一年以上之各種肉用牛，則直接到牧場採集，共採得2,776頭，採集率達13.8%，檢查結果，其中有2頭血清抗體力價，試管凝集試驗達80倍或以上，補體結合試驗均達40倍以上，綜合判定認為陽性反應。可見本省肉牛群仍有布氏桿菌病之存在。

A serological survey of brucellosis of beef cattle was conducted from July 1992 to June 1993 in Taiwan. Sera collected from 121 water buffalo and 157 yellow cattle in abattoir were examined. The sampling rates were 0.65% and 1.1% respectively, and the results were all negative. Two of 2,776 imported beef cattle sera, with the sampling rate of 13.8%, were positive in serologic reactions; the tube agglutination test titers were 1:80 or over, and the complement fixation test titers were all above 1:40. Experimental results confirmed the presence of brucellosis in beef cattle in Taiwan.
