摘要

This study is to establish the statistical modification model of the air pollution index to quantity the impact of dust storm for EPA monitoring sites. By using the relationship of PM10 and other species concentrations within the nearby sites, the time-series regression model were made to calculate the PM10 concentration without the impact of dust storm. The results show that the ratio of PSI＞100 in 2001 Jan.-May is 4.68%, after the modifications of statistical model is 3.59%.
