竹木材積層膠合製作高級製品及結構建材(I)竹材基本物理機械性質及膠合性之探討

摘要


本研究以未經處理之孟宗竹、麻竹及經碳化處理之孟宗竹為試材,並以桃花心木為木材之對照組材料,探討各竹材之竹肉部位、竹節部位、竹青側、竹膜側等不同部位之比重、光澤度、硬度、劈裂強度、釘著強度等各項基本性質;及不同膠合劑對各試驗材之膠合性,其所膠合竹集成材之靜曲性質,及不同竹集成元組合方式及竹節分佈位置對集成材性質之影響等。

In this study, we investigated the sp.gr, glossness, hardness, nail withdrawal and cleavage of untreated Moso bamboo, Ma bamboo and carbonized Moso bamboo, honduras mahogany was used as control test specimens. In these testing, the different of those properties between outside position and inside position in the same cross section and the difference between the node position and outside the node position were investigated. Besides, the gluability with different adhesives, the bending properties of laminated bamboos made with different adhesives, the effect of lamina alignment and the dispersion of node on the properties of laminated bamboo were investigated, either.
