本研究運用電熱風槍設定溫度進行加熱彎曲孟宗竹竹條,以不同設定之溫度與加熱時間,並將竹條分成上、中、下部位探討竹條彎曲技術及其竹條彎曲技藝產品設計與製作,結果顯示: 1. 運用電熱風槍加熱使竹條彎曲,溫度設定650℃,時間2 min彎曲部位均可達到接近竹材玻璃轉移的溫度,彎曲呈現較小的回彈。 2. 彎曲加工方法以竹青面向外(凸面)彎曲方法,最適合竹條彎曲,而竹條上部回彈率大於竹條下部,以電熱風槍溫度設定650℃,加熱時間至2 min進行加熱彎曲,獲得9.21 % 的較小回彈率。 3. 最小彎曲半徑破壞試驗中,以厚度3 mm竹條彎曲結果顯示,竹條上部及竹條中部能成功彎曲而竹條下部彎曲開裂。竹條的部位與竹條最小彎曲半徑的關係較不顯著。 4. 竹椅設計運用竹材彎曲的特性呈現,並將竹條之彈性與剛性表現在竹椅上,將竹椅設計成梯型與等腰三角型兩種類型,梯型提供彈性舒適度,等腰三角形使竹椅具有竹之剛性。
This study uses the set temperature electric heat gun bent Moso bamboo with set different temperatures and the heating time, and discriminate upper, middle and lower from bamboo split to explore and bamboo bending skills in product design and production, the results of this study shows: 1. The use a electric heat gun to bend bamboo, temperature setting 650 ℃, time of 2 min are up close to the curved portion of the glass transition temperature of bamboo, there will be a smaller bending rebound. 2. Bending method is use to bamboo skin outside (raised face) which is the most suitable for bamboo bending, electric heat gun temperature setting to 650 ℃, heating time to 2 min to bend, to reach 9.21% of the small springback rate. 3. Minimum bend radius destructive testing showed, in the 3 mm bamboo strip that the upper and middle is succeed of the bamboo bending ,but in the lower bend is cracking. Relationship site with bamboo minimum bend radius is unapparent, although bamboo bending spring back rate is vary from different parts, but the minimum bend radius is not direct and correlation. 4. Bamboo chair use bamboo as material to design, in addition to the use of bamboo pliable outer characteristics of bamboo itself will also be reflected in the bending resistance and stiffness of a bamboo chair.The bamboo chair designed as an isosceles triangle with two ladder-type, ladder provides flexible comfort and isosceles triangle with bamboo bending stiffness to make bamboo chair.
