造林木高週波拼板膠合之研究(I)柳杉、杉木之高週波拼板

摘要


本研究之目的在建立杉木及柳杉兩種省產造林木之理學性質中之誘電性質等之資料,及拼板膠合時使用之膠合劑之誘電性質,更由此獲得高週波拼板之最佳條件,供業者利用及學術研究之參考。結果顯示膠合劑混合硬化劑及填充劑之誘電損失率比木材大了許多,故有良好之選擇加熱特性,且誘電損失率較大之膠合劑用於高週波加熱拼較之平均耗電量較少。在實驗條件下實施高週波拼板膠合,柳杉及杉木均只需20秒即可使膠合層硬化完全。

The purpose of this study is threefold. First, it is intended to get that how the physical properties of China fir and Cryptomeria affect on their dielectric properties. Second, it is tried to obtain the dielectric properties of UF blends mixed with various types and dosage of additives. Finally, It is aimed to reveal the proper conditions for edge-gluing operation with high frequency heating. The results showed that UF blends mixed with hardener (NH_4Cl) and filler (flour) have higher dielectric loss factor values than that of timber. Therefore, UF blends have an excellant characteristic for gluing line dielectric heating. Meanwhile, as edge-gluing the timbers of these 2 species with conditions shown in Table 1, 20 seconds is enough to cure the glue lines completely.
