摘要


最近十年,有關應用在木材上之表面活化膠合技術研究報告,加以回顧整理。木材表面之化學性質關乎膠合品質之良窳,木材表面經表面活化處理所產生之化學資訊,可藉新近發展出來之x-光光電子光譜儀(XPS),擴散式皮射傅民轉換紅外線光譜儀(DRIFT)及極化轉移/魔角旋轉碳13核磁共振光譜儀等儀器取得並加以評估。另一方面,木材可藉化學轉換而成為熱可塑性材料,木材表面可藉此技術,再經加熱使之自行膠合,這將是木材膠合技術另一可發展之途徑。

Last 10-year studies of surface activated bonding system applied to wood are reviewed. The bonding quality depends strongly on the chemical nature of the treated wood surface. The chemical information of surface activation treatments on wood surface studied by XPS or ESCA, DRIFT and 13C-NMR CP/MAS techniques are included. Furthermore, chemical conversion of wood surface to thermoplastic material and then self-bonded by heat could be the another approach in this field.
