乙醯化木材之機械性質研究

摘要


本篇研究是採用台灣雲杉、美國雲杉、蘇聯雲杉、台灣鐵杉、美國鐵杉、相思樹、木荷、橡膠木等八種省產與進口樹材進行乙醯化,來評估對基本強度之改善能力。其縱向抗壓強度之增加率約21%-45%,靜曲強度之破壞係數增加率約1%-39%、彈性係數增加率約0-32%,橫切面硬度增加率約5%-33%、徑切面硬度增加率約33%-78%、弦切面硬度增加率約32%-75%,此結果顯示乙醯化對試材之基本強度有改善效果。

Eight species were used for this experiment: Taiwan spruce, White spruce (USA), Elka spruce (USSR), Taiwan hemlock, Western hemlock, Taiwan acacia, Chinese guger-tree, and Rubber wood, to determine the improvement of the mechanical properties of acetylated wood. The compressive strength parallel to grain was 21-45%; MOE of static bending strength was 0-32% and 1-39% respectively; hardness of cross-section, radial-section, and tangential-section showed 5-33%, 33-78%, 32-75%, those values were higher than untreated woods.
