摘要

本研究乃先探討木材塗裝常用之胺基醇酸樹脂塗料（AA）、不飽和聚酯塗料（PE）及聚胺基甲酸酯塗料（PU）等之合成及其對於木材塗裝之效果，並進一步將其應用於積層竹材或竹單板貼面板之塗裝工程，以了解其適用於竹材塗裝之條件。其間除探討不同種類塗料對竹材塗裝之適性外，並比較被塗裝竹材表面經不同程度砂磨處理、填充處理、著色處理後其塗膜性質之差異性，冀尋求一適用於材料塗裝之前處理方法。所得重要結果歸納如下：三種塗料中以PE塗料及PU塗料之塗裝效果較佳；PE塗料以紫外線照射法促進其塗膜硬化或PU塗料提高其NCO/(OH + COOH) 之混合比時皆可提高其塗膜之硬度及耐沸水性。竹材表面進行填充處理時以固形物含量10%之合成樹脂混合黃土粉和滑石粉為填充劑之效果較佳，且經填充處理之竹材可得到較佳的塗裝效果。竹材進行著色處理時以塗膜著色之效果較佳，其塗膜之色堅牢度良好。PE、PU、AA等三種塗料應用於竹材塗裝時皆可達鏡面塗裝之效果。又竹材以AA塗料塗裝時其塗膜硬度及耐衝擊性會因塗裝基材本身硬度之差異而不同，然以PE塗料及PU塗料塗裝時則不受基材不同部位硬度之差異所影響。竹材表面不同部位之性質差異所造成之光澤度變化在塗裝處理後可降低，但竹基材本身色澤之差異仍將影響其塗膜之光澤度。

Amino alkyd resin coating (AA), unsaturated polyester coating (PE), and polyurethane coating(PU) ,which are all used often in finishing, were synthesized and applied to wood finishing to be tested to understand their properties. In order to find out better pretreatments of bemboo boards and appropriate finishing method for bamboo boards to reach the best finishing result, due to its variety of bamboo boards, these three coatings were practically applied to finish bamboo boards and tested to know the properties of their coating films. At the same time, the influences of pretreatments of bamboo boards and finishing method on bamboo boards' finishing would be observed and evaluated. All the results are summarized as follows: Among three wood coatings applied to finish bamboo boards, most of the properties of the unsaturated polyester coating film and the polyurethane coating film are good. The properties, hardness and boiling water resistance, of the unsaturated polyester coating film can be improved by UV curing, so can be the polyurethane coating film by increasing NCO/OH + COOH molar ratio. Sanding indeed influences the gloss of bamboo board. Filling by using 1096 solid content of resin coating and fillers can provide a better result. In colouring, a well-distributed tinge in bamboo board's surface can be obtained by using coating-film colouing. All three coatings used for finishing bamboo board have good appearance and mirror-like finishing. The hardness of different positions in bamboo boards after finishing with amino alkyd resin coating, affects the hardness of the film. Bamboo boards with different sanding treatments have no difference in gloss after finishing, and the variation in gloss between different, positions of bamboo boards can also be reduced to the minimum. But the tone in different finishing substrates still influences gloss after finishing. Bamboo boards with adequate filling can have excellent quality of finishing.
