粒片板製箱型家具角落接合彎矩抵抗之研究

A Study on Bending Moment Resistance of Particleboard Corner Joint in Carcase Furniture

摘要


本文以貼粒片板製作11種箱型家具接合,分別探討其加工差異並測定彎矩抵抗,以建立粒片板接合之相關資料,試驗結果如下:1. 接合方法愈複雜,則加工時間愈長,然彎矩抵抗並未相對提昇。2. 不同之接合方法,導致相異之破壞模式,但大部分之破壞皆起因於被中心層密度較低之粒片剝落或斷裂。3. 本試驗中在斜接場合測試不同膠合劑的效果,發現以架橋性聚醋酸乙烯膠(CPVAC)擁有較佳之彎矩抵抗,而以三聚氰胺尿素甲醛粉膠與聚醋酸乙烯膠之混合膠(MUF-P)效果最差。4. 壓縮試驗之彎矩抵抗以斜接(M)、氣釘斜接(Mt)及方栓斜接(MS)較佳,而以木釘接合(BD)及雙相嵌槽接(DR)最差;經除以膠合面積後以斜接(M)、氣釘斜接(Mt)及木螺釘接合(BW)之比彎矩抵抗最佳,而以實木包隅(BS)最差。5. 引張試驗之彎矩抵抗亦以斜接(M)及氣釘斜接(Mt)為佳,而以階梯斜接(MR)及雙相嵌槽接(DR)最差;經除以膠合面積後,以木釘接合(BD)及斜接(M)之比彎矩抵抗最強,而以加強嵌槽接(RG)、實木包隅(BS)及方栓斜接(MS)較差。6. 粒片板之彎矩抵抗並不因膠合面積之加大而增強。

This study was carried out to obtain background information concerning the bending moment resistance of 11 types of corner joint of carcase furniture manufactured with particleboard. Test results were summarized as follows: 1. The more complicated fabrication of joints comsumed more man-hour. However, the bending moment resistance was not increased accordingly. 2. The failure modes were different among these corner joints. The failure were mainly occurred in center of particleboard because of its lower density. 3. The crosslinking PVAC glue owned better result compared with other glues used in miter corner joint. The MUF powdered resin mixed with PVAC was the worst one. 4. The miter (M), miter and staples (MT) and miter and spline (MS) had the best bending moment resistance in compression test. The corner butt with dowels (BD) and double rabber (DR) were the worst two in this study. When bending moment resistance divided by adhesion area, the miter (M), miter and staples (Mt) and corner butt with screws (BW) owned the best bending moment resistance, but the wood butt with spline (BS) turnned out to be the worst. 5. The miter (M), miter and staples (Mt) had the best bending moment resistance in tension test. The miter and rabbet (MR) and rabbet with glue block (RG) were the worst two in this study. When bending moment resistance divided by adhesion area, the corner butt with dowels (BD), miter (M) and miter and staples (Mt) had the best resistance, but the rabbet with alue block (RG), wood butt with spline (BS) and miter and spline (MS) were among the worst. 6. Test results indicated that the resistance was not increased as adhesion area increased.
