普通合板與粒片板蕊合板之特性比較

摘要


十種不同構成之楊樹木普通合板與粒片板蕊合板之物理及機械特性作過試驗與比較。各板之敷積、預壓、熱壓以及整面(又稱完成)工程等諸條件均與傳統之普通時雷同。試驗結果及建議概述如次:(1)粒片板蕊,橫截板(Corestock)之原有厚度以及砂光整面之深度均極度地影響其後之合板完成厚度。(2)位於表層下之Cross band之單板厚度對成板之M.O.R.值有強度之影響,對M.O.E.值亦有少許或不明顯之影響。此現象可見於粒片板蕊合板之第A、B、C、D以及其他板類。(3)合板上面被覆有薄化粧單板者,此單板對其直向彎曲特性有稍許或全無貢獻。(4)合板有無粒片板蕊對其抗彎強度,抗彎彈性以及表面與側緣向之木螺釘保持性並無顯著之之差異。(5)粒片板蕊對拉釘抗力以及表層之乾剪力,木破率有多少之貢獻。(6)合板有粒片板蕊與無粒片板蕊對一小時水浸吸水率及厚度膨脹無甚差異,但對24小時浸水時,其差異則明顯。

並列摘要


Physical and mechanical properties of ten groups of different structual formated regular poplar plywood and particleboard core plywood were trailed and compared. The conditions of lay-upping, pre- and hot pressing, and the finishing processes were set respectively identical to those the plant usually practiced. (1) The original thickness (before lay-upping) of particleboard core, corestock and the depth of their sanding-off influenced strongly on the thickness of finished plywood. (2) The thickness of cross band influenced strongly on M.O.R. value and also slightly or unclearly on M.O.E. value for the panels with particleboard cores as shown on the panels of # A, B, C, D and others. (3) The plywood with thin decorative veneers had no or only a small contribution to the longitudinal bending properties. (4) No significant differences on the values of M.O.R., M.O.E., and the values of face and edge screw holdings for the panels with and without particleboard cores. (5) Particleboard cores contributed some degress of nail withdrawal resistance, dry shear strength and wood failure of face layer. (6) The panels with and without particleboard cores showed a comparatively less differences on the 1 hour water absorption and its thickness swelling, but showed clearly on the 24 hours cases.
