摘要


本研究係探討單板樹種,膠合劑,用膠量,氣乾比重,耐燃處理等條件對長束狀層積板物理、機械及耐燃性質之影響,得到次述結果。(1)構成比1:2:1之耐燃及未耐燃杉木LSB之尺寸安定性較佳,但仍較合板為大。(2)耐燃杉木LSB之靜曲性質、壓縮性質及抗剪強度值有隨用膠量增加而增大之趨勢,可顯示採用噴膠方式布膠效果良好。(3)耐燃處理(t型)對於杉木LSB靜曲性質之影響不明顯,但對於壓縮性質之影響除了σ_c⊥不明顯之外,皆因加入耐燃藥劑使強度降低。就比強度觀之,經鄧肯新多變域分析,MOR_∥/ru及σ_c∥/ru值無顯著差異,而MOE_∥/ru及E_c∥/ru值以未耐燃處理者(u型)大於耐燃處理者。(4)耐燃處理對於內聚強度之影響程度,顯示15%~380%之正面效應。比內聚強度(IB/ru)顯示t型LSB會大於u型LSB。而經耐燃處理後,LSB之吸水厚度膨脹率會較未處理LSB為低,耐燃處理LSB之抗剪強度則會顯示-3%~-67%之負面效應。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of manufactural conditions on the physical, mechanical and fine-resistant properties of long stick veneer laminated board (LSB). Two groups of long stick were rotary cut from china-fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) and radiate pine (pinus radiate D. Don) veneer, one group was immersed with Lee-An 302 fire-retardant (FR) (a mixture of Boron, chloride, ammonium sulfate and phosphides) and other group was untreated. Conventional hot press was used to fabricate the LSB with resin contents of 4%, 6% and 8% of Bakelite type of phenol formaldehyde. The target densities were 0.45, 0.55, 0.65 and 0.75 g/cm^3. The results were summarized as follows: (1) The non-FR-and FR-treated LSB made of 1:2:1 construction ratio showed better dimensional stability. However, it was also larger than that of plywoods. (2) The values of strength in static bending, compression and shear of FR-treated LSB increased with increasing resin contents, it suggested that better glue bonding efficiency could be obtained by spray method. (3) The effects of FR-treated (t-type) on static bending strength of China fir LSB were not significant. However, FR-treatment reduced the compression strength except that the values ofσ_C⊥. When the comparison was made on the basis of specific strength between non-FR-treated and FR-treated LSB, according to the results obtained from the analysis of new range Duncan's test, there were no significant differences for MOR∥/ru and σ_C∥/ru values, however, non-FR-treated groups were significant greater than those of FR-treated groups for MOE∥/ru and E_C∥/ru values. (4) The effects of FR-treatment (t type) on internal bond strength showed a positive efficiency of 15%-380%. The values of specific internal bond strength (lB/ru) showed larger values for FR-treated groups than those of non-FR-treated groups. Thickness swelling due to water absorption of FR-treated groups were much less than those of non-FR-treated ones. Moreover the shearing strength of FR-treated groups showed a negative efficiency of 3%-67% compared to those of non-FR-treated ones.
