摘要


為了解樹種與CCA類型對CCA之注入量與流失性之影響,本研究選取八種市面上常用之樹種及三種CCA類型加以試驗。結果顯示,樹種及CCA類型對CCA之注入與流失皆有顯著之影響。各樹種間CCA之注入量由大而小依序為杉木、柳杉、美國西部白松、紅柳桉、美國檜木、美蘭地、橡膠木及巴杜。注入量之大小與樹種比重呈顯著的負相關。經7天的流失試驗後,樹種間CCA之流失性由大而小依序為美蘭地、美國檜木、紅柳桉、杉木、柳杉、美國西部白松、巴杜及橡膠木。就CCA各成分各別之流失百分比而言,AS_2O_5於樹種間並無差異;CuO於CrO_3於橡膠木之流失性最小,於美蘭地之流失性最大。各類型之CCA在注入量上無顯著差異。Type A處理材中CuO之含量比例較Type B及C者低。在流失性上,Type B顯著地高於Type A及C。CCA各成分之流失性於Type A及C中未呈現明顯的差異;於Type B中,則以As_2O_5的流失性最高,CuO次之,CrO_3最小。就各別成分而言,CrO_3於三類型中的流失性相似;CuO及As_2O_5則於Type B中有較高的流失比例。

Eight tree species treated with three types of CCA were used to understand the effects of tree species and CCA types on the retention and leach-ability of CCA. CCA retentions of specimens were measured before and after 7 days of leaching treatment. Results showed that both the tree species and the CCA types indicated significant effect on the retention and leach-ability of CCA. The retention of CCA among the tree species, in a decreasing order, were China fir, Japanese cedar, western white pine, red lauan, Douglas fir, meranti, rubber wood and batu, which was highly negatively correlated to the specific gravity of the tree species. After 7 days of leaching, the leach-ability of CCA among tree species, in an increasing order, were rubber wood, batu, western white pine, Japanese cedar, China fir, red lauan, Douglas fir and meranti. The leaching percentages of As_2O_5 among tree species seemed to be of no difference. Whereas, CuO and CrO_3 indicated the lowest leaching percentage in rubber wood and the highest leaching percentage in meranti. The effect of CCA types on the CCA retention were insignificant. However, the specimen treated with CCA type B or C showed a higher CuO retention percentage than the specimen treated with type A. The leachability of CCA type B was higher than that of type A and C. The leaching percentage among individual CCA component in type A and C indicated no significant difference, while in type B, the leaching percentage of As_2O_5 was higher than the percentage of CuO and CrO_3. When each CCA component was considered separately, CrO_3 possessed a similar leaching percentage in all three types of CCA; CuO and As_2O_5 leached out more in ratio than CrO_3 in CCA type B.
