切削條件對電腦數控花鉋機袋形加工面品質之影響

摘要


本研究以配備有自動換刀之單軸電腦數控花鉋機,對柳杉進行袋形切削加工,袋形加工方式分別有環型、線型(平行木理)、圓型、30°木理角度、45°木理角度、60°木理角度及90°木理角度(橫向切削)等七種。試驗中分別探討不同切削深度、主軸轉速及送材速度對加工面精度之影響,而主軸轉速、送材速度與每迴轉進刀量之關係,亦一併探討。試驗結果為,就七種袋形加工面而言,在相同送材速度下,切削深度對切削面品質似乎沒有顯著性影響,切削面品質主要隨送材速度之增加而變差。降低每迴轉進刀量或提高主軸轉速可改善切削面品質。此外,七種袋形加工中以環形和線形袋形加工時間最短。

In this study, wood surface was pocketed by computer numerically ontrolled (CNC) router with automatic tool change (ATC). Pocketing was conducted with contour pocketing, linear poketing, circle pocketing, 30° grain angle pocketing, 45° grain angle pocketing, 60° grain angle pocketing and 90° grain angle pocketing, An investigated experiment explored the effects of cutting depth, spindle speed and feed rate in pocketing quality. The results indicated that the cuttiing depth had no influence on poket quality at the same feed rate. The pocketing quality mainly depended on the feed rate. It showed that the pocket surface became rough when feed rate increased. The pocket quality improved with decreasing feed per knife or increasing spindle speed. The shortest working time were contour pocketing and linear pocketing in these pocketing methods.
