防火透明塗料應用在省產疏伐木耐燃性之研究(Ⅰ)無機高分子材料作為防火塗料載體之研究

Studies on Incombustibility of Clear Fire-Retardant Paints of Thinned Wood form Plantations (Ⅰ) the Studies of Inorganic Polymer for Binder

摘要


自製磷酸變性醇酸樹脂、磷酸變性壓克力樹脂及金屬變性壓克力樹脂作為載體,摻入反應性觸媒、碳素材料、膨脹劑、阻燃劑等原料,以調配膨脹型防火塗料,使用耐燃試驗機、DSC、DMA分析其耐燃等級及熱力學行為,初步結果如下:1.六種塗料配方中以磷酸變性壓克力樹脂為載體,並慘入棚酸鋅、氫氧化鋁等阻燃劑者,其Tc,Tdθ與C_A值皆可達到CNS6532耐燃三級標準。燃燒後塗膜膨脹率約達45~78倍,這些配方均能符合燃燒後產生膨脹焦碳層之阻隔效果。2.DSC分析知,含棚酸錚阻燃劑及磷酸變性壓克力樹脂所調配之塗料,其吸熱峰在137°C,較其他配方者低,此結果對塗料之耐燃性有正面效益。3.從DMA分析知,塗膜之貯存模數(modulus; E')以合棚酸錚及磷酸變性壓克樹脂所調配之塗料最高。就Tg點而言,含氫氧化鋁阻燃劑之配方者為61.75°C,硼酸鋅者為93.65°C;而使用磷酸變性壓克力樹脂作為載體者為25.95°C,但磷酸變性醇酸樹脂者則高達86.53°C。

First make the phosphate and metallic compounds were made for manufacturing inorganic polymer, Then blend with a reactive catalysts, carbonization materials, intumescent agents , fire-retardant and other additives for fire-retardant intumescent coatings and the Paint's incombustibility and thermodynamics properties were investigated. The results drawn from these studies were summaried as follows: 1. The paint formulation included binder was composed of phosphate modified acrylate resin and fire-retardant was composed of zinc borate compounds. It's tc, td θ and C_A values met the third grade standard of CNS 6532 incombustibility. The film thickness was increased 45-78 times after combustibility testing which was intumesced to form a voluminous char on ignition that insulates the substrate. 2. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was used to evaluate the thermodynamic properties of paint. It was found that an endothermic peak of paint were composed of phosphate modified acrylate and zinc borate at 137°C which was lower than that of other paint formulations. The lower endothermic peak of the paint exhibits positive effect on incombustibility.3. In the aspect of dynamic mechnical analyzer (DMA) analysis. It was showed that paint comprising phosphate modified acrylate resin and zinc borate fireretardant had higher film's storage modulus (E') than that of other formulations. Moreover, the glass transition temperature (Tg) of fire-retardant was measured for aluminum hydroxide and for zinc borate 61.75 °C and 93.65°C respectively. The Tgs of binders was composed of the phosphate modified acrylate resin, and was composed of phosphate modified alkyd resin were 25.59°C and 86.53°C, respectively.
