內裝材料之比重、厚度及構成比對其熱特性之影響

摘要


本報告係探討比重、厚度及複合嵌板構成比對內裝材料熱特性之影響。本實驗使用六種實質木材,四種木質材料,六種無機質材料及心層為PS foam之複合嵌板。採用ASTM 236-89之保護熱箱法測試內裝材料之熱抵抗,熱貫流抵抗及熱傳導率等熱特性。結果可歸納於次:(1)六種實質木材之熱貫流抵抗(1/K)值與比重(ρ)之間存在有負的線性關係。但熱傳導率(λ)與ρ之間則相反,呈現正的線性關係。(2)材料同為18 mm厚度時,其1/K值有PS foam>木心合板>木絲水泥板之趨勢,但其λ值則呈相反趨勢。(3)柳杉及杉木之1/K值及熱抵抗(R)值均與其厚度(t)之間存在有正指數式關係,但λ值與t值之間則存在有負的線性關係。(4)複合嵌板之1/K值及R值與其構成比(t_2/t_1)(t_2:心層PS foam厚度,t_1:複合嵌板全厚度)之間存在有正的指數式關係。但λ值與t_1/t_2值之間則有負的線性關係存在。

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of specific gravity (ρ), thickness (t) and construction ratio (t_2/t_1)(t_2, t_1 represented the thickness of core layer PS foam and total sandwich panel, respectively) on the thermal properties of some interior decorative materials. In this study, six solid wood species, four kinds of wood-based materials, six kinds of inorganic materials and sandwich panel in which PS foam as core layer were used, the thermal properties included thermal resistance (R), overall thermal resistance (1/K) and thermal conductivity (λ) were studied by using the protective heat box method in accordance with ASTM 236-89. The experimental results are summarized as follows: (1) It showed a negative linear correlation between overall thermal resistance (1/K) and specific gravity (ρ) for six wood species, However, on the contrary, a positive linear correlation existed between thermal conductivity (λ) and specific gravity (ρ). (2) With the same thickness of 18mm for three kinds of materials, their 1/K values showed a decreasing trend as follows: PS foam board > lumber core plywood > cement excelsior board, However, their λ values showed a contrary trend. (3) It showed a positive exponential relation between 1/K, R values and thickness (t) for Japanese cedar and China fir. However, a negative linear correlation existed between λ values and t values. (4) A positive exponential regression relation existed between 1/K, R values and construction ratio (t_2/t_1) for sandwich panels. However, a negative linear correlation existed between λ and t_2/t_1.
