本報告係探討杉木、柳杉薄片噴塗立安-302耐燃處理後壓製成之耐燃定向粒片板之強度性質,結果得知:1.杉木及柳杉耐燃定向粒片板之靜曲性質均超過CNS 2215粒片板200型標準,且以用膠量與成板密度較大者而有較大的趨勢。耐燃定向粒片板之噴塗藥劑量以15%時,其靜曲強度值最高。2.杉木及柳杉耐燃定向粒片板靜曲強度,當其面板薄片木理方向與跨距方向成平行時,其MOR//與MOE//值隨OSB之配向性增加而有增大的趨勢。3.杉木及柳杉耐燃定向粒片板之內聚強度及木螺絲保持力以噴塗15%藥劑量為最大,並以用膠量與成板密度較大者會較大。
The purpose of this study was designed to investigate the mechanical properties of fire-retardant (FR) treated China-fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) and Japanese cedar (Cryptomeria japonica) oriented strand board (OSB). Two groups flakes were prepared from the wood of these two wood species. One group of flakes was sprayed with 15%-25% Lee-An-302 fire-retardant (a mixture of boron, chloride, ammonium sulfate and phosphides) and the other group was untreated. Conventional hot press was used to fabricate the OSB with resin contents of 4.5% and 6.5% of liquid phenol formaldehyde. The target densities were 0.5 g/cm^3 and 0.6 g/cm^3. Results are summarized as follows: (1)The bending strength of FR-treated China- fir and Japanese cedar OSB were met the standard as specified in CNS2215-200 type of particleboard. However, the FR-treated OSB made of higher level of resin content and density showed greater value of bending strength. The highest value of bending strength obtained from the FR-treated OSB by sprayed with 15% of Lee-An-302 FR. (2)The bending strength of FR-treated China-fir and Japanese cedar OSB in which the grain direction of face flakes parallel to span direction (MOR_(//) and MOE_(//)) increased with increasing of its anisotropy (MOR_(//)/MOR_⊥, and MOE_(//)/MOE_⊥). (3)The highest values of internal bonding strength and screw holding strength obtained from the FR-treated China-fir and Japanese cedar OSB by sprayed with 15% of Lee-An 302 FR. However, the greater value can be found for FR-treated OSB made of higher resin content and density.
