摘要

本研究係探討木質構造房屋建造時房屋本體的材料成本，方法採用單位施工面積估算法，針對目前市場上常見的用料，依使用於不同構造部位分為八類，並予以編號和換算成公制單位，以利估算房屋的用料成本，並作為將來發展木屋電腦估算系統的依據。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the cost of material for construction of wood structural house by using the unit price of construction area method. All materials are numbered, transferred to metric unit, and categorized in eight groups by constructed locations to estimate the material cost and to serve as the basis in future development of the computer aided system in estimating the wood structural house cost.
