This study is aimed to discuss under the condition of interference fit, how the factors of moisture difference, pin attachment and glue affect the bending moment of mortise and tenon joints. The conclusions are listed as follows: 1. Under the control of moisture difference, the bending moment of wood members without glue and pin attachment is 14.3% to 22.5% larger than others. 2. Under the control of pin attachment, the bending moment of glued members is 47.0% to 70.0% larger than those of unglued ones. 3. Under the control of without pin attachment, the bending moment of glued members is 110.1% to 171.9% larger than those of unglued ones. 4. Under the control of without glue, the bending moment of wood member with pin attachment is 15.4% to 48.9% greates then those unglued members.
