餘隙配合狀態下水份差、膠合劑與樹種等對木構件方榫接合彎矩之影響

摘要


本研究探討餘隙配合條件下,榫頭與榫孔構件水份差、構件樹種與膠合劑等因素對木構件方榫接合彎矩之影響。得到結果歸納於次:1﹒紅樑木試件以UF膠接合經氣乾後,餘隙配合者之彎矩會較過盈配合者減低15.79%及28.78%,經恆溫恆濕控制後之彎矩則減低73.56%與81.89%。2﹒紅櫟木試件以PVAc膠接合經氣乾後,具水份差餘隙配合者之彎矩大於無水份差者32.16%。以UF膠接合,其水份差餘隙配合者,恆溫恆濕控制後之彎矩比氣乾後降低30.24%,而不具水份差則降低46.94%。3﹒放射松試件以PVAc膠接合經氣乾後,具水份差餘隙配合者之彎矩小於無水份差者為13.69%。以UF膠接合,其水份差餘隙配合者,恆溫恆濕控制後之彎矩會增加3.75%,而不具水份差則降低17.37%。4﹒紅櫟木試件及放射松試件經氣乾後,具水份差餘隙配合者,以PVAc膠接合之彎矩各會較以UF膠接合之彎矩降低30.24%及17.19%。而不具水份差者則降低58.11%及29.93%。

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of moisture difference, adhesives and wood species on the bending moment of mortise and tenon joints of wood members under the condition of sliding fit. The conclusions are summarized as follows: 1. The Red Oak (Quercus spp.) is adhered with UF. After air drying, the bending moment of specimens with sliding fit are 15.79% and 28.78% less than those of in terference fit. Mter the control of constant temperature and humidity, the bending moment decreases 73.56% and 81.89% 2. After the Red Oak is adhered with PVAc and air dried, the bending moment of specimens with sliding fit and moisture difference is 32.16% more than those without moisture difference. After the Red Oak is adhered with UF, the bending moment of specimens with sliding fit, moisture difference and under the constant temperature and humidity control is 30.24% less than those with air drying and those without moisture difference is 46.94% less. 3. After the Radiate Pine (pinus radiata) is adhered with PVAc and air dried, the bending moment of specimens with sliding fit and moisture difference is 13.69% less than those without moisture difference. After the Radiate Pine is adhered with UF, the bending moment of specimens with sliding fit , moisture difference and under the constant temperature and humidity control increases 3.75 %, and those without moisture difference decrease 46.94%. 4. After the Red Oak and Radiate Pine are being air dried, the bending moment of specimens adhered with PVAc is 30.24% and 17.19% respectively less than those adhered with UF. And those without moisture difference decrease 58.11% and 29.93%.
