木釘接合強度之研究(第3報)-木釘間距與複合膠合劑之影響

Studies on the Joint Strength of Dowel Pin (III)-The Influences of Spacing between Tow Dowel Pins and Compositing Adhesives

摘要


本實驗係探討木釘間距與複合膠合劑對木釘接合強度文影響,得到次述之結果。(1)木釘接合引技強度雖不會隨木釘間距增大而比例增大,但木釘間距為42mm者會顯著的大於間距為20mm者。(2)木釘接合引拔強度(T)會隨複合膠合劑(UF/UF+PVAC)%的增加而呈直線狀增大,即T=355+5.2X(3)木釘接合抗彎強度(F_4)會隨木釘間距(S),d及複合膠合劑之(UF/UF+PVAC)%之增加而比例增大,各可以次述各式表示。F_4=299.4+222.3sF_4=-146.0+296.5dF_4=728.4+11.1xX:(UF/UF+PVAC)%

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influences of spacing between two dowel pins and compositing adhesives on the strength of dowel pm join t. The experimental results are summarized follows:(1) The values of with drawal strength of dowel joint did not increased proportionally with increasing the spacing between two dowels. However, the spacing of 42mm spacing, were significantly stronger than those of 20mm spacing specimens. (2) The values of with drawal strength of dowel joint (T) increased linearly with increasing the (UF/UF+PVAC) % of compositing adhesives (X). The relationships can be expressed by the following empirical formula T=355+5.2X (3) The values of bending strength of dowel. joint (F4) increased linearly with increasing the spacing between the two dowel pins (d1), d values and the (UF/UF+PVAC) % of compositing adhesives (X). The relationships can be shown by the following empirical formulas F_4=299.4+222.3 d F_4=-146.0+296.5 d F_4=728.4+11.2 X X=(UF/UF+PVAC) %
