肩角榫改良加工接合及其引拔強度之研究

摘要


傳統肩角方榫的接合形構外觀具優美的工藝價值,常被一般工藝技術愛好者所喜用,然其多採用手工加工,工序繁瑣而費時,不適合工業生產製造成本。因此乃藉由傳統木製家具榫卯構成之因子與形式為參考依據,透過矩陣分析法探究傳統肩角方榫接合結構採用現代常用的植入榫加工方式取代之可適性,再應用引拔接合性能評估試驗,探討此種肩角植入榫接合加工之品質特性與機能,以確立適用於家具T形部位之肩角榫形構加工的生產製造。茲簡要歸納本研究之結果為: 1.採用現代化植入榫的加工方法取代傳統肩角方榫的接合加工,不僅可簡化傳統加工的工序,並可運用現代化機具以降低人工操作時間與減少工藝技術的繁瑣度,又不失肩角榫外觀形構之工藝價值,可適用於家具T形部位之肩角榫形構加工的工業生產。 2.現代化植入榫採用雙木釘或雙長圓鍵片的引拔接合性能,皆與傳統肩角方榫者接合強度近似,就接合效率論之,亦可適用於取代傳統肩角方榫的接合。 3.採用長圓鍵片植入之肩角榫接合性能品質,會受到接合使用的膠合劑種類性能,長圓鍵片尺寸與埋入深度的膠合面積增加,增加植入長圓鍵片數量提高膠合面積,以及提高榫接間隙的緊密程度等條件因子所影響。 4.基於增加膠合面積以提高長圓鍵片植入之肩角榫接合性能考量,可在接合構件尺寸可允許的使用範圍內,盡量採用雙長圓鍵片植入榫,適當地增加長圓鍵片尺寸與埋入深度,並提高榫接間隙的緊密度與選擇合宜的膠合劑使用,便可相互配置達到家具T形部位之肩角榫形構所需具備的品質機能。

In this study, the constitution and forms of traditional wooden furniture and other related documents are used as references. The traditional ming tenon shoulder is probed through an inductive and integrated matrix analysis to determine whether it is suitable for modern-processed tenon-shaped configuration. Taguchi Methods are then applied to assess the tenon shoulder’s withdrawing strength to verify the availability of the new model, so that it can be applied in the structure of furniture. A brief description of the experimental results are as follows: 1.In the modernization process of ming Tenon Shoulder, the simplified inserting joints are employed in the triangle apex shouldered mortise. The processing time can be reduced by half, compared to the traditional process, and the operational method is also easier than the traditional one. 2.The modernized-processed inserting joint employs double dowel joints or double oblong pins, and its withdrawal strength is close to the traditional triangle apex shouldered mortise’s withdrawal strength. In terms of the jointing efficiency, the modernized-processed inserting joint can be a substitution for the traditional shouldered mortise. 3.When the inserting joint employs double dowel joints, its jointing performance will be affected by certain factors, such as the type of glue, the size of oblong joints and its implanting depth, the number of oblong joints, and width of the gap between the joints. 4.For increasing the glued area can raise the jointing performance, to an extent that the size of the components is allowable, if double oblong joints are employed as much as possible, and their size and implanting depth are properly increased, as well as the width of the gap between joints, plus choosing a proper type of glue, these factors will match with each other, and the quality requirement of the joint in the T-part of the furniture can be met.
