本研究係探討樹種、膠合劑及嵌合度等因素對橢圓榫接合強度之影響性,以尋求最佳的接合設計。結果摘述如下:(1)橢圓榫接合強度乃隨著比重之增加而強度愈大的趨勢。柳杉層積材方面,二種方式之接合強度皆有增加,A方式(六層)之引拔強度約為柳杉材強度之1.94倍,破壞撓矩約為1.24倍;而B方式(十二層)之引拔強度則約為1.07倍,破壞撓矩約1.13倍。(2)白櫟木材以不同之膠合劑接合,引拔強度、破壞撓矩與接合剛性皆以UF膠所獲得之強度最佳。以瞬間接著劑之引拔強度最差;而PVAc膠之破壞撓矩和接合剛性最弱。(3)白樺木材橢圓榫接合之嵌合度,引拔強度方面,以-0.2mm最為適宜;而破壞撓矩則以-0.3mm獲得的強度最佳;另外接合剛性則以-0.4mm最強。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the influences of wood species, adhesives and fittness on the strength properties of elliptic double round-end mortise-and-tenon joint, and to looking for the suitable design of joints. The results are summarized as follows: 1. The strength of elliptic (oval-end, double round-end) mortise-and-tenon joint increases with the specific gravity of wood. As regards japanese fir laminated wood, the following two types jointing strength both will increase. The withdrawal strength, bending moment of type A(six layers) are about 1.94, 1.24 times to that of japanese fir solid wood, respectively. While the withdrawal strength and bending moment of type B (twelve layers) are 1.07, 1.13 times to that of solid wood. 2. The UF glue have the highest performance for white oak jointing, the cyanoacylate glue show poor withdrawal strength, the bending moment and jointing rigidity of PVAc glue is the worst. 3. The optimum fittness of white oak elliptic (oval-end, double roundend) mortise-and-tenon joint on withdrawal strength, bending moment and jointing rigidity is -0.2, -0.3, -0.4mm, respectively.
