物料需求計畫在櫥櫃家具製造之研究

摘要


物料需求計畫系統是一種資訊處理系統,它能依生產排程產生需求,能夠為製造業提高存貨週轉率,提升採購品質,提高生產力,提升顧客服務水準。本研究目的為結合物料需求計畫系統理論之套裝軟體與家具業實際生產之產品,以模擬方式驗證整合後之系統績效,並討論台灣家具製造業引進套裝物料需求計畫軟體之可行性及評選套裝軟體之考量。本論文研究方式為使用群組化之技術,將家具製造業中較為複雜之櫥櫃家具以組件群方式處理,將傳統之物料單轉換成為群組化展開之多階料表,再配合訂學生產擬定之生產計劃中物料需求之資訊,輸入於物料需求計畫系統模型中,進而產生生產計劃之標準料表、主日程生產表及物料需求表等資訊。本研究同時探討在原、物料之現有存量及安全存量不同時,物料需求表之變動,以及台灣家具廠常有之委外加工存在時,物料需求計畫之資料變動等情形,尋求合適之物料需求計畫系統,以配合家具業之現況並解決物料需求計畫系統應用上之瓶頸。

Material requirements planning system (MRP) is a kind of system to deal with information. MRP can produce requirements in the manufacturing process, increase the purchase quality, improve the product quality and promote the service level. The main goal of this study is to combine practice and theory and discuss the possibility of using MRP software in furniture manufacturing. In this study, group technology was used in more complex cabinet furniture manufacturing process and made the traditional bill of material to become a part of multistage bill of material. The MRP system can determine the bill of material, order forms, input / output material bill and finished sheet. Then print out the information about the main production bill, the master production schedule and the bill of material requirements. The change in the bill of materials requirement was also discussed when the storage quantity and safe quantity were different. Finally, we tried to find the difficulties of using MRP system in furniture manufacturing in Taiwan.
