快速硬化型膠合劑製作結構用集成材之研究(III)-蜜月型膠合劑之應用

Studies on the Manufacture of Structural Laminated .Woods Using Fast-Setting Adhesives (ill) -Application of Honeymoon Adhesives

摘要


本研究乃探討間苯二酚-甲醛樹脂(RF)、酚-間苯二酚-甲醛共聚合樹脂(PRF)、酚-間胺基酚-甲醛共聚合樹脂(PMAF)等合成樹脂及相思樹、台灣二葉松等之樹皮萃取物應用為蜜月型膠合劑之可行性。所得重要結果歸納如下:蜜月型膠合劑以RF樹脂或PRF樹脂為其A劑成分,以PMAF為其B劑成分,在二者混合比1/1時,其膠化時間最短,於RF、PRF及PMAF樹脂中添加樹皮萃取物可縮短蜜月型膠合劑之膠化時間。未添加樹皮萃取物之蜜月型膠合劑(A1/B1、A2/B1、A2/B2),其常態膠合強度在A劑與B劑之混合比3/1至1/1時均良好,耐沸水反覆膠合強度及木破率則在混合比1/1時最高,添加樹皮萃取物者(A3/B3、A3/B4、A4/B3),隨B劑使用量增加,其常態及耐沸水之膠合強度均下降,然在混合比3/1及2/1時,其膠合強度多優於或相當於未添加樹皮萃取物者。未添加樹皮萃取物之蜜月型膠合劑在佈膠後之堆積時間延長至24分鐘時其膠合強度值將大幅度下降,添加樹皮萃取物者則堆積時間增加至12分鐘時其膠合強度即明顯下降。各蜜月型膠合劑在加壓1小時後其常態膠合強度可達115 kgf/cm^2以上,8小時可達其強度最大值。

This study investigated the feasibility of synthetic resins such as resorcinol-formaldehyde resin (RF), phenol-resorcinol-formaldehyde copolymer resin (PRF), phenol-m-aminophenol-formaldehyde copolymer resin (PMAF) and bark extractives such as Taiwan acacia (Acacia confusa Merr.), Taiwan red pine (Pinus taiwanensis Hayata) in the manufacturing of honeymoon adhesives. The results were summarized as follows: Honeymoon adhesives with RF or PRF resins as A component and PMAF resin as B component and with the blending ratio of A component to B component at 1 /1 had the shortest gelation time. Addition of bark extractive to resins used for honeymoon adhesives could shorten their gelation time. Honeymoon adhesives, without bark extractive added (A1 /B1、A2 /B1、A2 /B2) , with the blending ratio of A component to B component at 3/1 to 1/1 had good dry bonding strength, but the value of bonding strength and wood failure after repeatedly soaked in boiling water was the highest for the blending ratio at 1 / 1. The bonding strength of honeymoon adhesives with bark extractive added (A3/B3、A3/B4、A4/B3) and tested at dry or after repeatedly soaked in boiling water would decrease as the amount of B component increased, but with the blending ratio of 3/1 and 2/1, their bonding strength were superior to or equal to those without bark extractive added . The bonding strength would decrease greatly at the assembly time prolonged to 24 minutes for honeymoon adhesives without bark extractive added, and 12 minutes for bark extractive added. The dry bonding strength of honeymoon adhesives could come up to 115 kgf / cm^2 at 1 hour of pressing time, and achieved the maximumat 8 hours.
