石膏結合農林廢料複合材之水合作用

Hydration of Gypsum Bonded Agro- Forest- Waste Composites

摘要


本研究以熟石膏(Plaster)為結合劑,在不同水膏比(0.65、0.75、0.85、0.95)下,取三種石膏漿計量(50g、100g、150g)分別測試純石膏漿之水合溫度。由中興法測試裝置,經時記錄各階段水合溫度,結果顯示水合溫度隨水膏比之降低及石膏漿計量之增加而上升。各條件之水合作用過程,產生水合溫度尖峰為47℃~54℃,且在40~53分鐘之間。以水膏比0.65為例之石膏漿(150g),其水合作用藉4段時間(A.鑄型時間、B.初提時間、C.外觀凝結時間、D.終凝時間)的水合現象表達之。發現從A階段之含水率為73.39%逐漸降到D階段之含水率為17.92%,而完成終凝作用。熟石膏結合農林廢料之水膏比0.65,製造圓柱試體(直徑7cm、用量150g)隨之測試水合溫度;其農林廢料:石膏之混合比為5:95、15:85、25:75及35:65四種變化。結果發現完成水合作用最迅速者為稻殼粒片(38~58分鐘、水合溫度39℃~50℃),其次為木材粒片(64~125分鐘、水合溫度38℃~52℃),最緩慢者為竹材鉋花型粒片(115~160分鐘、水合溫度37℃~53℃)。又石膏用量愈多,其水合溫度愈高。

For this study the plaster was used as binder raw material, under the conditions with different water-gypsum-ratio (0.65, 0.75, 0.85, 0.95) and three kinds of slurry amount (50g, 100g and 150g), to examine their hydration temperature of pure gypsum slurry. The results showed that the hydration temperature increased, when the water-gypsum-ratio decreased and slurry amount increased. After examinated by Chung-Hsing apparatus of hydration temperature, the hydration time was between 40 and 53 minute, it showed the temperature peak was about 47℃- 54℃. The watergypsum- ratio 0.65 as example was to test the hydration phenomenon during 4 steps, ∴e. forming time, start-bonding time, surface-curing time, and end-bonding time. The moisture content showed 73.4% at the first stage and 17.9% at the last. When the water-gypsum-ratio of plaster as 0.65 bound Agro -forest waste was to make cylinderic sample (diameter 7 cm, amount 150g) the mixed ratio from Agro-forest waste to gypsum as 5:95, 15:85, 25:75 and 35:65. The results showed that the rice hull particles was the fastest one curing (38 to 58 minute, hydration temperature from 39 to 50℃), second one was wood particles (from 64 to 125 minute, hydration temperature from 38 to 52℃), and last one was curing bamboo shaving particles (from 115 to 160 minute, hydration temperature from 37 to 53℃). If the amount used increased with more gypsum, it could find higher hydration temperature.
