石膏-農林廢料複合材之性質

摘要


本研究探討石膏結合農林廢料複合材之性質,以TSG石膏為結合劑,4種農林廢料為木材粒片、稻鼓粒片、竹材鉋花型粒片及檳榔桿粒片當原料,農林廢料與石膏之乾燥重量混合比有3種分別為5/95、15/85及25/75,湖定複合材之理學性質、力學性質及耐燃性質之。其結果為複合材密度0.84~1.16 g/cm^3,而且含水率在0.36%~1.66%之間,經浸水2小時後之吸水厚度膨脹率為0.04~1.70%之間呈現良好的尺寸安定性。木材粒片與石膏混合比15/85者,其彎曲強度34.15 kgf為最佳。其他複合材當稻殼粒片與石膏、竹材鉋花型粒片與石膏以及檳榔桿粒片與石膏混合比分別為5/95、5/95及15/85者,其最佳之靜曲載重值依序為27.17 kgf、33.21 kgf及38.54 kgf。所有石膏-農林廢料複合材均通過CNS 6532之耐燃II級標準。

The properties of agro-forest-waste composites bonded with gypsum were studied. The commercial TSG gypsum was used as binder, four different agro-forest-wastes such as wood particles, rice hull particles, bamboo shaving particles and betel nut stem particles were used as materials. The composites made of agro-forest-waste and gypsum with three mixture ratios such as 5/95, 15/85 and 25/75 based on dry weight. The physical, mechanical and fire-resistant properties of these composites were determined. The density showed between 0.84 to 1.16 g/cm^3 and the moisture content were 0.36 to 1.66%. It showed also a good dimensional stability after 2-hrs water soaking, and thickness swellings were 0.04 to 1.70% only. The composites made of wood particles and gypsum showed the best bending loading with 34.15 kgf by mixture ratio 15/85. The composites made of rice hull particles to gypsum, bamboo shaving particles to gypsum and betel nut stem particles to gypsum showed the best bending loading for each group as 27.17 kgf, 33.21 kgf and 38.54 kgf by mixture ratio 5/95, 5/95 and 15/85 respectively. All gypsum bonded agro-forest-waste composites could meet the standard fire-resistant NO. II level specified in CNS 6532.
