水泥添加對杉木粒片石膏板水合特性及板材性質之影響

Effects of Cement Addition on the Hydration and Physical Properties of Gypsum Bonded China Fir Particleboard

摘要


本研究以自行開發之水合溫度測試裝置,量測水泥添加對杉木粒片石膏板水合特性及其性質。杉木粒片石膏-水泥混合物之最高水合溫度TE’以G75c25(石膏75%、水泥25%)最低(28℃),G25c75(石膏25%、水泥75%)最高(43.9℃),杉木粒片石膏-水泥混合物之最高水合溫度隨著水泥的添加量增加而增加。各試體之凝結時間以G50c50(石膏50%、水泥50%)最短,初、終凝時間分別為7及15 min。杉木粒片石膏-水泥複合板材抗彎強度隨著水泥添加量增加而增加,G37.5c37.5w25(石膏37.5%、水泥37.5%、杉木粒片25%)(22.3 kgf)可通過CNS 4461裝飾石膏板檢驗法之標準。杉木粒片石膏-水泥複合板材吸水率為30.2~34.6%,隨著水泥添加量增加,吸水率呈明顯下降之趨勢。

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the reliability of the testing device for hydration temperature developed by this laboratory, and to investigate the effects of cement addition on the hydration and physical properties of gypsum bonded China fir particleboard. The experimental results indicate that G75c25 (gypsum 75%, Cement 25%) is the lowest hydration temperature (28℃), and G25c75 (gypsum 25%(cement 75%) is the highest (43.9℃) among the hightest hydration temperature (TE’) of China fir particle-gypsum-cement mixtures. The Highest hydration temperature (TE’) increased with increasing cement contents of China fir particle-gypsum-cement mixtures. G50c50 (gypsum 50%, cement 50%) is the shortest of setting time with the initial setting time and final setting time of 7 min and 15 min respectively. The bending strength increased with increasing cement content of gypsum-cement bonded China fir particleboard. The mixed ratio of G37.5c37.5w25 (gypsum 37.5% and Cement 37.5% and China fir wood particle 25%) (22.3 kgf) can pass CNS 4461 for Decorated gypsum board. The water absorption of gypsum-cement bonded China fir particleboard is 30.2~34.6%. The water absorption decreased with increasing cement content of gypsum-cement bonded China fir particleboard.
